Australia Cricket team will be arriving India to play a bilateral series (Border - Gavaskar trophy) in the month of February - March 2023. This tournament will consist of 04 Test matches and 03 ODI which will be played at different destinations of India. This series will be a part of World Test Championship 2021 - 2023 and India will look forward to grab the opportunity in playing the Final by winning this series.
The First test will be played between 09 - 13 Feb 2023 at Vidarbha Cricket Ground Nagpur. Nagpur is known as the "Zero" mile city of India since it is the geographical centre of India and famous for its Oranges being the major trade centre of Oranges cultivated in large part of region. It is also known as Tiger gateway of India due to the many tiger sanctuaries situated around it.
The second test match is scheduled between 17 - 21 February at Arun Jaitely Stadium, New Delhi. New Delhi, the capital of India has many colours to offer. Fourth and the last test match will be played between 09 - 13 march 2023 at Narendra Modi Stadium Ahmedabad. Located on the banks of Sabarmati river, Ahmedabad is the most populous city of Gujarat and has emerged as a major economic and industrial hub. The stadium itself is a major attraction since it boast about having a seating capacity of 132000 people.
ODI will be played on 17 March at Wankhede Stadium, Mumbai 19 March at Dr. Y S Reddy stadium, Visakhapatnam and 22 March at MA Chidambaram Stadium, Chennai.
